Philip Baker KC and Imran Afzal appeared successfully for the Mauritius Revenue Authority in Avago Technologies Trading Ltd, a substantial transfer pricing case before the Assessment Review Committee in Mauritius where over $100m was at stake. They appeared together with Rajesh Ramloll SC, the current Solicitor-General of Mauritius. Joel Cooper, currently the Transfer Pricing Leader (UK&I) and Global ITTS Controversy Leader for EY, appeared as an expert for the MRA.
