The UN Committee of Experts on Tax Matters convened this week at the United Nations in Geneva. One of the topics discussed was a proposal for a Fast Track Instrument to implement tax treaty changes; Philip Baker acted as expert providing assistance to the sub-committee on the digitalised and globalised economy.
