We are delighted to announce that Katherine Bullock has been appointed as the Editor of Land Taxation, one of the seminal practitioners works on the taxation of land. Written in 1989 by Malcolm Gammie and edited last by Jeremy De Souza in 2006, Ms Bullock is delighted to pick up the baton and take this work forward. Land Taxation is well known for its encyclopedic and practical coverage of this important and developing area of the law. Where else could you find a commentary on the tax treatment of burial plots?
