Tax barrister Peter Vaines will cover the following: the Automatic Non-Residence Test; the Automatic Residence Test; residence by reference to UK ties; consideration of the meaning of work, accommodation and home; the Special Deeming Test; arrivers and leavers; temporary non-residence; split years; and special situations and problem areas as well as the issues expected to arise in April 2017.
